Fried Chicken!!!!! My second Love!!!! Now you know I wasn’t going to get fried chicken. I got something much better, healthier, and to my surprise more tasty. My BOO DID THIS to PERFECTION. The sandwich was a perfect combination of all that “healthy stuff” and chicken seasoned to perfection. I was supposed to put the extra chicken in the freezer but that didn’t happen. I found myself snacking on them individually and now they are all gone. Nic Love has a way of making me see things from a different meal variety. Never thought I would love any other type of chicken besides fried chicken, but now I’m a Grill Chicken Wrap Lover! Who’da Thunk It!!

Sweet Pea Stuffed Blackened Chicken Thighs

I requested baked chicken and of course My Babygirl obliged. The chicken was cooked to perfection. When I cook my chicken it always come out overcooked and tough, so I admire the fact that it was so tender. She always has something up her sleeve! I was saying to myself, “ this guacamole is a nice touch.” Now remind you I’m not a fan of guacamole so I have no idea what it taste like really, I just know it was a good stuffing for this recipe. Turns out it was my favorite pea made into some type of stuffing doohickey…only HER. She got me again, but it was awesome. Oh and, I can’t cook rice either so to be able to eat rice that was not hard in the middle was a plus as well.

Chicken Fajita Pie Bake

This one was a surprise because I thought it was Chicken Pot Pie? I asked for a Mexican dish so I should have known better. I don’t know whether you created it from an idea out of your head or if this is really a dish, but it was awesome. This is a top three for me, and my cousin Chris had a field day stealing them from me…he’s a fan now! As you know I’m really not into Mexican Food like that but this one I can eat this weekly. It had so much flavor. All the mixtures of whatever you put in it blended perfectly. Three thumbs up with this one. Oh, and Chris said your Green Stuff (guacamole) was Superb!

Potato Crust Breakfast Quiche

When I was younger my God brother made a quiche in his home economics class one day. He brought it home to his family and I ate some for dinner that night. Since then I have loved this dish but my mom didn’t know what it was and wasn’t about to waste her good money on experiments. When I saw this meal it immediately took my back to the day he brought the quiche home. It looked like cake to me not only because of the shape but because I had long craved that meal for many years. I guess that’s the unspoken bond me and my Babygirl have. Needless to say I had it for breakfast , lunch, and dinner. The mix of ingredients were perfectly blended. And again I can think she mixed in some greenery to make it wholesome, but I didn’t care I was just happy to remember that childhood memory. It was a wonderful mix of pleasure that myself personally ate breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Thank you Nic Love!!

Flavor Bomb Cilantro Ginger Orange Honey Marinaded Grilled Trout

I’ve never been a fan of eating baked fish…the only fish I like these days is fried Tilapia, which my baby says is fake fish. I must say the baked trout was full of flavor…the seasoning was so good! After eating it I felt like I had eaten a lean meat, and didn’t have me all sluggish. The fact that it was grilled added a smoky taste that made me feel more comfortable because again, I am not a fish fan. I had a side of corn on the cob with the my trout which made it a complete meal. I will take this meal once a week if I could.
